Free Economy Shipping for Orders Over £70
(UK and ROI Only)
Customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland who spend over £70 qualify for free economy shipping. Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout — no codes are needed.
Smaller orders are typically sent via Royal Mail Economy, while larger or heavier parcels may be shipped by courier at our expense. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate delivery method to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. This may include adding ‘Signed For’ services or using an alternative courier. Any additional costs incurred from these changes will be covered by us.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including the delivery method and an estimated delivery time.
If you require faster delivery, please contact us before checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
UK Shipping Options
Royal Mail Standard – Usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
This is an estimated window and may take longer if your parcel is too large for a letterbox. Royal Mail does not always leave a calling card, so please check with neighbours or your local sorting office if your parcel is more than 3 days late.
Royal Mail Economy – Usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
As above, delays can occur if the parcel cannot fit through your letterbox. If your parcel is more than 5 days late, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office before contacting us.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch, with full tracking available on the Royal Mail website.
If your parcel is more than 2 days late, please check with your local sorting office using your tracking number. It is company policy to specify the local depot as a Safe Place unless instructed otherwise.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, with full tracking.
If your parcel is more than 3 days late, please check with your local sorting office before contacting us. We again specify the local depot as a Safe Place unless otherwise advised.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery – Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch.
Please note: orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive the following Monday, unless Saturday Special Delivery is selected at checkout. If your parcel has not arrived within 1 working day, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office.
Courier Delivery – Usually takes 48 hours from the date of dispatch.
Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Please provide a mobile number at checkout to receive text updates from the courier.
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of our dispatch notice, and it is not held at your local depot, please contact us with your name, order reference, and dispatch date so we can resolve the issue quickly.
ROI Shipping Options
Courier Delivery (ROI) – Usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Please provide a mobile number to receive delivery notifications.
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of our dispatch notice, and it is not at your local depot, please contact us with your name, order reference, and dispatch date.
International Orders
International deliveries usually take 15–20 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delays can occur if parcels are too large for a letterbox or if local postal services experience disruptions. Most of David Rogers Toymaster’s international shipments use Royal Mail once in the UK. Royal Mail does not always leave a calling card, so please check with your local sorting office if your parcel is delayed.
If your parcel is more than 20 working days late, please check locally first and then contact us for assistance.
