Jeiku undertakes that all of our listed products will be in new condition in original packaging unless stated otherwise. If you want further product information or require any details clarified, please contact our support team who will deal promptly will your enquiry.
In the unlikely event that a purchased item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, then please get in touch and send us a photograph of the item in question. If possible, this should show the damage. We will then provide you with a replacement item, or arrange for a refund. We may ask you to the return the item and if so will provide you with the return address. If you do need to return an item, then make sure to keep a postage receipt from the courier or post office. This will act as your proof of postage which Jeiku will pay for.
If you would like a return and the goods are still in original condition and in re-sellable condition then please get in touch with us and cover your own postage costs to make sure goods arrive back to Jeiku in the same condition. As soon as your goods are returned we will issue a full refund within 48 hours.
Any personal details you provide will be held confidential by Jeiku Sales, which will not trade, sell or give out your information. It will be used solely for the purpose of contacting for Jeiku related sales activity.
