  • All products listed on this website are brand new and in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website or in-store.

  • We accept secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal.

  • Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may change. Any confirmed order will be charged at the price stated at the time of purchase.

  • All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you immediately and provide options, including a refund.

3. Delivery

  • Customers can choose home delivery or in-store collection from our Banbridge, Portadown, or Kilkeel locations.

  • Delivery times are estimated and vary depending on the service selected (see our Shipping Policy for full details).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Unwanted Items

  • You may return an unwanted item within 28 days of receipt, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

4.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at drtoymaster@gmail.com with a photograph showing the issue.

  • We will advise whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

  • In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

  • Faulty items will be inspected; if no fault is found, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.

  • While we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

  • Colour, dimensions, and product features may vary slightly from images or descriptions shown on the website.
