David Rogers Toymaster is a well trusted chain of retail stores with 40 years experience serving thousands of customers each year and over 1 million sales!
You can pay by secure card payment or paypal and either get it delivered to your home adress or collect at one of our two locations in Banbridge Co Down or Portadown Co Armagh. When buying online we will send you updates when we send your item out and also add a tracking number when we use that service. We also have a easy returns policy which can be found at the bottom.
Shipping and Delivery
FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING OPTIONS (UK and ROI ONLY)
For customers in the UK who qualify for free shipping based on their order value we will usually use Royal Mail economy for orders between up to £49.99, and Royal Mail Signed for for all orders over £50.00. These shipping options will be automatically calculated in the cart and no codes are needed to qualify for this offer.
Items larger than standard may be sent by courier at our expense. We also reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include adding 'signed for' services to packages where we require delivery confirmation or using a different service from those listed above. Any changes made will be for the sole purpose of ensuring the fastest and safe arrival of your goods, any extra costs involved in such changes will be paid for by us. In any case where this occurs we will affect delivery of your goods through a reputable postal carrier as listed below.
After Purchase of Goods, we will send you a confirmation of delivery with an estimated delivery time and the delivery service used.

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS
Royal Mail Standard - usually takes 1-3 working days after the date of dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 3 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.
Royal Mail Economy - usually takes 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 5 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - usually takes 1-2 working days after the date of dispatch and offers full tracking information, which can be checked on the Royal Mail website. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. It is company policy to specify the local depot as a Safe Place, unless instructed otherwise. If you parcel is more than 2 days late, we would recommend checking with the local sorting office quoting your tracking number before contacting us.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - usually takes 2-3 working days after the date of dispatch and offer full tracking information, which can be checked on the Royal Mail website. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. It is company policy to specify the local depot as a Safe Place, unless instructed otherwise. If you parcel is more than 2 days late, we would recommend checking with the local sorting office quoting your tracking number before contacting us.
Royal Mail Next Day - is a guaranteed next working day delivery from date of dispatch. Please, note that orders dispatch on a Friday would be delivered next Monday unless Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery is selected as shipping option. If your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox, it can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 1 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.
Delivery by courier - is 48 hour delivery from date of dispatch. Please, note that orders dispatch on a Friday would be delivered next Monday. When placing the order, please consider providing a mobile number, this will allow the Courier Company to text you notifications about your consignment. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving our dispatch notice and it is not at the local depot, then please contact us. Please provide your name as it would appear on your order, order reference and the date you received our dispatch note, this will help us to deal with your query quickly for you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving your goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a postage receipt or proof of posting.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Goods with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jeiku.help@gmail.com and we will provide further delivery instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless stated. Look at Terms and Conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
