Bulky Items and Delivery Fees
Larger items such as electric ride-ons and outdoor playsets may incur additional delivery charges. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and UK Mainland will also be subject to shipping fees.

Please note that UK Mainland deliveries are not included in our free shipping offer, and the correct delivery option must be selected at checkout to ensure accurate processing.

Free Economy Shipping on Orders Over £70

(Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Only)

Customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland who spend over £70 qualify for free economy shipping on small parcels.
If your order exceeds standard weight or size limits, additional delivery charges will apply. In such cases, you’ll receive an email notification with the updated shipping cost before your order is processed. These additional costs will not be absorbed by us and must be covered by the customer before dispatch.

Smaller parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail Economy, while heavier or bulkier items may be shipped by courier at our discretion. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. This may include adding a ‘Signed For’ service or using an alternative courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email including the delivery method and estimated delivery timeframe.

If you require faster delivery, please contact us before completing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Click & Collect

For added convenience, Click & Collect is available for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person.
You can collect your order from one of our stores in Banbridge, Portadown, or Kilkeel.
Please ensure you select the Click & Collect option at checkout, and wait for your ready-for-collection email/update before visiting the store.

UK Shipping Options

Royal Mail Standard – Usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on parcel size. Royal Mail does not always leave a calling card, so if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 days, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office.

Royal Mail Economy – Usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delays may occur if your parcel cannot fit through a letterbox. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 days, please check locally before contacting us.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch, with full tracking.
If your parcel is more than 2 days late, check with your local sorting office using your tracking number. We designate the local depot as a ‘Safe Place’ unless instructed otherwise.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch, with full tracking.
If your parcel is more than 3 days late, please check locally before contacting us. As above, the local depot is designated as a ‘Safe Place’ unless otherwise advised.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery – Guaranteed next working day after dispatch.
Orders sent on a Friday will arrive on Monday, unless Saturday Special Delivery is selected at checkout. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 1 working day, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office.

Courier Delivery – Usually 48 hours from dispatch.
Orders dispatched on Fridays will arrive the following Monday. Please include a mobile number at checkout to receive text updates from the courier.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 15 working days of dispatch and isn’t held at your local depot, please contact us with your name, order reference, and dispatch date so we can assist promptly.

ROI Shipping Options
